Job Title: Groundskeeper

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Full-time position, 40-hours a week

• Work hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM (some flexibility allowed)

• Most time will be spent outdoors in a variety of temperatures.

• Primary duties include mowing, weed-eating, trimming trees, maintaining pathways, removing trash, stocking clay targets, and general help on the sporting clay range.

• Secondary duties include maintaining equipment, occasional farm duties (mucking stalls, feeding animals, maintaining fencing), and other general labor duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License

• Must pass a background check

• Able to understand and follow verbal directions

• Able to follow safety guidelines for the operation of equipment

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation to/from work

• Positive mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Able to drive/operate a zero-turn mower, weed-eater, chain-saw, and ATV (or able to learn).

Bonus Skills:

• Able to drive/operate a tractor, forklift, skid loader, and truck with trailer (or able to learn).

• Mechanically-minded to help maintain equipment.

Supervision:

• Reports directly to the Range Manager.

Pay:

• $13/hour
